Also, how much would a shield with the following cost? (don't care how it looks or how rare it is; hoping for as cheap as possible):
Has to have:
16 armor
req 10 (11 at absolute most) or less tactics
no neg regen

And possibly but definitely doesn’t have to have:
+some amount of energy/health/armor and/or -damage (while in stance) or not in stance
no neg regen

To sum that up I would like to buy the collectors max shield with 45hp in stance for 6k or a better shield for that price(6k). I do not have the money yet but give me a couple days and I will have it.

i have a 28hp grip for 4k

as for the shield there is only 1 with energy but it only has 6 armor and +5 energy really not worth using when u can have a offhand item with 5 armor and 27 energy :O no shields have a negative mod ether :P

you can get health in a stance though. Your probably best getting the collectors shield which has max armor req 9 tactics and 45hp in a stance cost around 10k to buy or 5k to craft yourself u need 5 bleached shells.

Gold shields can have 30hp in a stance max >.> one of these should only cost between 1-10k
